After receiving your bracelet and, or, jewelry shipment (delivered), you have 30 full days to return or exchange your product(s). Please send us an email: Info@celikcrystals.com for more info. Items must be returned or exchanged in the same condition they were sent. Return or exchange labels will be paid by Bubbs Bargains, LLC the with the first request; any further return or exchange shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
